MEET THE COACHES

Master high-level baseball technique taught by passionate coaches who truly care about their players and know what it takes to get them to the next level.

All our coaches are BIG on community and team building. They foster a competitive environment and expect every athlete to contribute.

JEFF BAJENARU

Coach Jeff is currently a Pitching Coach with the Arizona Diamondbacks AAA in Reno. He was named California League Coach of the Year in 2017 and 2018. As a player, Jeff was a 1st Team All-American at University of Oklahoma and went on to win a World Series Ring with the Chicago White Sox in 2005 where he was named the Hardest Working Player in the organization.

Jeff calls Arlington home and will be available for lessons from October through February. If you are interested in lessons, please contact him here.

RYAN BANET

Coach Ryan has been playing baseball since the age of 5 and is still playing competitively in the VIBL. Ryan’s passion is with the kids — he loves seeing the younger generation evolve as both young men and great baseball players.

Ryan offers pitching, catching, and hitting lessons but his specialty is catching. If you’re interested in lessons, you can contact him here.

WISE CILUMBA

Coach Wise is our Speed and Agility coach who specializes in helping baseball, football, and softball players grow into their full athletic potential. Wise was born in the Democratic Republic of The Congo and moved to Texas at age 9. Wise played football at the University of Utah and in the PDFL. He also worked under SMU basketball coach Larry Brown in 2016.

LUIS DIAZ

Coach Luis grew up playing baseball, was a 4 year varsity letterman at L.D. Bell, and went on to play collegiate ball at East Texas Baptist University. Luis has been coaching select ball and training youth for over 10 years.

Bradley Marquez

Coach Marquez started playing baseball at the age of 5 and went on to play baseball at Lyon College, where he was predominately a 1st baseman and DH. His time as a student-athlete shaped his approach to coaching, emphasizing hard work, discipline, and the importance of teamwork.

Bradley’s coaching mentality is every player has the potential to grow both as an athlete and as a young man. Coach Marquez’s dedication to baseball is unwavering. He is committed to making a lasting impact on every team he leads.
